There are several contests to enter at our carnival:

 

Carved/Decorated Pumpkin Contest: Be scary, daring, spooky, funny or zany with your pumpkin! Carve or decorate it and bring it in to be judged. Anything goes...no age requirement! Pumpkins must be at school by 11:45am Saturday, October 21st. Be sure to label it with your name and phone number!

Chili Cook-Off:  Bring in your best batch of chili! Tasting & voting will be done by carnival attendees. We will have 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Bring chili in your own crockpot by 11:45am Saturday, October 21st and we'll plug it in!

Cake Decorating Contest & Cake Walk:  Make a spooky, funny or crazy cake! We want lots of cakes for this contest! This year, cakes will be judged and then donated to our always popular cake-walk.  Cakes should be brought to school by 12:00 noon Saturday, October 21st. Entries for the Cake Decorating Contest need to be clearly labeled with your name and number and the word "contest".

 

 

 

Farmer's Market Bake Sale:  Carnival attendees always look forward to the amazing, yummy baked goods! We are looking for baked or bought good donations. Yummy suggestions include: pies, cupcakes, cookies, candy apples, breads, donuts, jams, jellies, rice krispies, flavored popcorn, mason jar goodies, lollipops and more! Baked goods must be wrapped individually (in plastic wrap or baggies) or in disposable pans or cups. If you bring a platter or serving dish be sure to mark it with your name and contact information. Please deliver baked goods on Friday, October 20th at 3:00pm to 3:45pm outside the front office. For any questions, please contact Tanya McDaris at tanya@mcdaris5.com
